Never had them, I found some at the store but they're just hard candy. What are these root beer barrels that you can put a straw into?

shareThey are hard candies, but I think they have a very small amount of liquid in the middle (either root beer or root beer flavored goo, not sure which). The straw thing is just a joke about getting the liquid out, which you can't really do without eating the whole candy. It's just stupid PeeWee shenanigans put in there for a good laugh.
