Since this one was a critically acclaimed hit and the majority of audiences loved it. Do you think they will make another sooner then later?? I sure hope so.

Apparently a long time ago Paul Reubens had written a script for a "dark" Peewee Movie; it was going to be about PeeWee becoming a big star and turning into a terrible person... I'm not sure whether Netflix (or any studio) would want to fund such a movie though because a big part of the appeal of PeeWee seems to be that he's a cheerful & goodhearted manchild... I think it might be rather depressing to see PW turn into a huge jerk, unless he redeemed himself in the end, perhaps.

Can't find any more recent info about it, but perhaps that's still in the works... If Netflix makes money off of Big Holiday I can't see any reason why they wouldn't want to make another movie or series though. Paul obviously wants to do it and I hope we don't have to wait another 20 years :)
