Will my free therapy continue???

cross fingers for season 4

anybody got any links? or is it done forever?

reply

It's probably done. The show doesn't bring in a huge audience, and Gabriel Byrne has said many times that his work schedule for the show is exhausting.

I'd love another season, but I just don't think it'll happen We can hope, though!

I am so sad about this. I looked so forward to the shows and always got so wrapped up into them. Gabriel was so fantastic in this. I missed Dianne Wiest though Amy Ryan was great too as Paul's therapists. I wasn't so thrilled with his storylines this time around quickly falling for Amy Ryan. It was so odd. I find it interesting that the children or teen characters always resonate the most with me; I seem to have the most involvement and emotion with their stories and their acting as well.

I thought season 3 explored the character of Paul like no other movie of tv show ever did any character - the show is brilliant, the writing is brilliant, the acting - everything. There as something quirky between Diane Weist, who I really love from all the Woody Allen movies, and Paul, and Amy Ryan as Adele is just so brilliant to see it and apply just the right amount of pressure to bring Paul around so that he thinks of it himself, yet he is smart enough to know and be angered by his own failings as a person … God this show is so amazing. how can they cancel this.

For me it started as a little kid with Star Trek, every show I really loved gets cancelled, only the garbage goes on forever! ;-)
