Just watched it and thought it was really fun and will definitely watch again, obviously not as good as Sin City but hey give the guy a break, hes just finding his directing feet...stop slagging Miller off. The people on here criticising appear to be youngsters who should stick to their linear Harry Potter movies...they dont seem to understand an artists input.

shareAS I ONLY HAD AN INTEREST IN COMICS DURING THE LATE 80S INTO THE 90S AND NEVER MUCH READ ANY 40S TITLES...I HAVE ZERO COMIC BOOK KNOWLEDGE OF THE TITLE...AND I LIKED THE MOVIE.

shareI liked it, too. My comic interest goes outside that bracket, but I still enjoyed the movie. It's not really like Eisner's Spirit, but with Miller's name attached and the trailer/ads looking the way they did, why was anybody going in thinking it was going to be like the original stuff?
