Really? Damn, I thought it was some old song that time had forgotten. It fit so well in the comics that were rolling in the backround, I thought it was from the era of the comic.

You are actually correct. Marlene Dietrich sang this in "The Blue Angel" (Der blaue Engel), a german film released in 1930. Of course, it sounded way different than Christina's version.

I heard it and immediately thought of Portishead. I was very surprised to find out it was sung by Christina Aguliera.
