Watched it over the weekend..interesting. .

...I mean, did I enjoy watching it? Yeah I did. But was it what I expected? Ahhhh, there in lies the problem. You know, I blame myself. Like many who Im sure did the exact same thing, I was expecting a SIn City style film and what I got was visually stunning but very different in context and tone. And you know what? Both my wife and I looked at each other when the credits rolled and when we asked "well, did ya like it?" We both said "I think its one of those need to watch it again because I dunno!" So hopefully, knowing what to expect, its gonna be much better because i loved the cast, I loved the look and feel, and I loved The SPirit character. Skirt chasing ladies man superhero who cant die? Count me in!!

Fans of this film, did it help watching it more than once? Were you fans of the comic strip and was it faithful? Just curious, Im looking forward to seeing this again but I wanna get some input from you guys...

But I DID like it, its get a 7 for now, pending second viewing...

And where is the Batman? He's at home...washing his tights!!
