Does anyone know the name of the actor who played the Occupant? The cast listing here on IMDB is not so great and I cannot figure out which might be him.

I believe it's Tim Guinee: http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0347375/. He's listed as Eddie McCleister, The Occupant's "real" name.
