What happened to Kreutzfeld?

He disappeared in room 9, as did the original blonde lady collector. But she continued to be, somewhere in another time & space continuum. (Anyway, I suppose she did - and it must have been a hell of a place to be, seeing how she screamed all the time - but when Joe used the comb and time froze for an instant, she was at peace.

So what happened to Kreutzfeld and the glass eye? It is mystifying indeed, and I am sure, as has been suggested by others on this forum, that originally the series was intended to continue. Hence the final shot of the key. But there's a flaw: Joe Miller thought the key would disappear, as did all the other objects, but these only disappear when the room was reset. I.e. when the door was re-openend. Which was not possible, since the key was inside the room. But it is impossible fort anyone to retrieve the key, since it is inside the room which cannot be accessed without the key...

Arrrghhh...
