The Lost Room is for by and about crazy homeless people

Hasn't it struck anyone that there are a whole lot of crazy homeless folks on this show? I couldn't find any meaning or purpose here. It's like someone with no religion or spirituality is searching for meaning in every day objects. I think the writer is one step above getting a shopping cart and starting to collect objects of his own.

I liked 'The Triangle,' which is also basically meaningless but it was somehow entertaining. Where is the fun in 'The Lost Room?'

The implication is that possession of an Object fundamentally changes one's life, frequently for the worse. People become drifters as paranoia and suspicion cause them to resort to extraordinary measures to protect Objects and their own possession of them. This is stated several times in the miniseries.

The miniseries was developed as a 'back-door pilot' for a prospective TV series, so many elements of the storyline were deliberately underdeveloped.

Are you kidding ?

Are you out of your mind ?

Well, you certainly have the "crazy" part covered.

Go watch something else, for Pete's sake.

Sheeesh.

I hate to say it but that is a very 'slow' comment. It's like you watched the whole show on mute.
