Where/what format can I find this in USA??
Is it available via Netflix or Amazon subscription?
Or is this something I can find online WITHOUT having to download it?

If you live in the USA you can buy it from http://tinyurl.com/5sbkeh2. which shows the dvds as imports.
The only problem is that one of the imports is a region 2 dvd. It's also very expensive - about $137. You need a region 1 dvd in the US to be sure of being able to watch it without a problem on a US manufactured dvd player, unless you already own a multi-region player. I don't know whether those are available in the States. Your remote control menu should tell you whether you can switch to different region types. However a region 2 dvd can be watched on a computer dvd player without a problem.

Oh man.. for years I had a PAL converter because I spent a year in Germany as a student and bought a bangload of dvds like an idiot! It eventually died and I now have a box of 100 dvds I can't watch. :P

Just look for it online and download the subs separately if needed to. unfortunately, you'll most probably have to download, although I managed to find a streaming pilot. Can't remember where...
