Who ran down and killed the civil servant in the street?

Who killed the creepy young civil servant guy who was run down and killed in the public square? And why was he killed?

Also did the murderer kill the guy who hanged himself on the ship?

Also the murderer beat up the girl in flat and spread her blood everywhere. Then he carried her out, drove her to the basement of the new house (why?), where she spread more blood everywhere, then he took her out of that house and to the woods where she escaped, and then he caught her again and put her in the trunk of the car and drowned her. Hm, bit convoluted methinks.

The creepy civil servant was killed by the other head of a party, the guy who abducted Lund and got killed by Lund's partner. He killed the civil servant because the civil servant discovered his lies and was blackmailing him. Basically, the killer in this case told the civil servant that he was working for the mayor, in reality, he was just using the civil servant to get information on Hartmann and to get keys to the apartment so that he could meet up with the girl in the past.

Yep, the whole plot is a bit convoluted and more than a few points weren't explained in the end. My impression is, the main murderer not only beat the girl up in the apartment, but also raped her there, which was way past the point of no return. He then transported the girl to her parents' new house and kept her there over the weekend before he drove her out to the river to drown her. She just happened to have gotten herself free in the woods. The murderer wasn't toying with her, that part was just an accident. He caught up with her, subdued her and drove the car into the river.

The main murderer also killed the guy on the ship, how, they didn't tell us. But that guy was also the taxi driver, no? He alone knew the main murderer went to the apartment to see the girl.

Look! A ladder! Maybe it leads to heaven, or a Bismarckbrötchen.

Thank you Q_Agent_Q for this info!

I was wondering this myself and was thinking about viewing the whole season again because I thought I missed some major story lines.

I still have a question: Lund was on the floor, tied up, after she discovered the car that killed the civil servant. Then the guy (who got killed by Lund's partner) made a confession of some sort? That he had to kill Nanna? That someone was pressuring him?

I never got this and it's been bugging me.
