How does Lund know where they key is for?

In season 1 episode 10, Lund gets a package from Sweden that she has to sign for. In it, is a key. She seems to know where it is for and tries various doors in Kongensgade. How would she know that? It's not until she has tried a few doors that Meyer phones her and tells her the Liberal party has a flat in that street.

So how did she know what street to try the key in?

Then, when she enters the flat, (she says on the phone to Meyer) "I think it's Troels Hartmann" How could she possibly know that?

In same episode Lund came to the conclusion Nanna was having an affair with someone who gave her expensive gifts. So he was probably married and for the two to have some quality time together they probably would go to hotels or flats.

Cab driver said he dropped Nanna of in Kongensgade (he could not remember where exactly). So we see Lund trying different kind of doors in Gronningen (where Kongensgade is situated).

After she hears from Meyer that Hartmann has flat in that street she finds the flat.
