Great visuals, good acting, *beep* script
That about sums it up. If it had a better script I think it would have been really really good. As it is, I enjoyed it for what it was, but it wasn't as good as it could have been.
shareI agree with you. I don't understand why the reviews were as extremely harsh as they were. Not an amazing movie but I didn't think it was all that bad. Actually I kind of liked it. The script was definitely the worst part. Cam's acting wasn't great but he's so cute I didn't care. And visually I loved it.

The story was ok, brief and simple, cause obviously this was intended as the first of a trilogy.
Maybe the dialogues were lacking at times.
Weirdly it felt like something straight out a comic book, even tho there's no comic.
I agree! The worst part is the script! Everything else I liked! ugh....story couldve been so much better. the movie severaly lacked! even in the action scenes...
