No Unrated regular DVD for Priest?

I'm hoping to buy Priest, but I'd like the unrated version. I can't find a DVD version that isn't Region 3 (I'd need Region 1, USA) and I don't have a BluRay player so the BluRay version's out. Does anyone know where I can find a Region 1 unrated version of it or am I stuck with the PG13 version?

Also, for random info, anyone know why they decided to release it like that?

What's the difference in versions? I just bought the DVD tonight after seeing it in a local store, and it's the one rated PG-13.
