Holy Crap! This Movie Was Freakin Amazing!

Seriously, when I was done watching this movie, i just kinda sat on my couch and had to absorb everything I had just seen. The way it was shot was beautiful, the story was fantastic, and the performances were something that rivaled some of the stuff that is getting nominated for Academy Awards. Vera Farmiga is a sensation, and she really is one of the most understated actresses of our time. I can completely see her receiving an Oscar for this role.

I just the saw the movie through the magic of streaming Netflix...I agree; it is one of the better films I've seen this year {my wife would co-sign that statement}.

I think Oscars are unlikely but I agree it's an amazing first film and the hottest Asian film I've seen. I've written a favorable mini-review on Netflix. If people are the least bit interested, I recommend that they see it.

I agree, I loved it. In fact, I loved it so much that I watched it again (on Hulu) the next day! lol
