As far as America goes, I always think about the hospitals and nursing homes. It makes me shutter. All those elderly and disabled getting abandoned by the staff. Devoured and ripped apart. Helpless.

As a disabled person, I agree. It's all about being mobile, which I am not. Same with civil unrest. I wouldn't last long. But it is what it is. I have peace about it.

In the remake of Day of the Dead and Dawn of the Dead, it seems that medical staff are often first in line to get attacked.
While it is cruel to be eaten alive, at least the elderly have had the opportunity to live long lives. Young people are cheated out of living in a zombie free society. On the plus side them and the disabled may be reanimated as olympic athletes depending on the movie.
