Holy crap, that chilled me to the core! I dont spook easily...and that genuinely creeped me the hell out!

Agreed, there were a couple of chills in this movie but that was the tops. I've done plenty of night hiking and that scene was just fkn scary.

Totally! The last time I got chills like that was the scene in Inland Empire where Laura Dern comes running up that path toward the camera. Similarly nightmarish, but Lake Mungo did it in its own way to maximum effect. An instant classic and one that I won't be revisiting for quite some time. :)
