First off I was laughing at the beginning
Title Lake Mungo..... then Lake Mungo productions. But seriously this movie was weak. Not scary at all. I've seen better on 20/20 episodes dealing with similar content. The story was sloppy the twists were stupid. The acting was believable but that was it. Avoid this save yourself the time...
Care to elaborate? I mean, words like 'sloppy', 'scary' and 'stupid' are all very subjective and without explanation are meaningless ...
shareLaughing at what? The death of a teen girl? Scary or not, it's a decent study in a family tragedy and I don't see anything funny about that. In fact I watched it with my girlfriend who has a young daughter and several parts really disturbed her. There's no bigger "horror" than losing a child.
I gave it a 7/10.

Stick to the Hollywood special effects and 3D movies!
