Just another one of my farfetched ideas...spoilers

Sooooooo...another thought that crossed my mind was maybe at Lake Mungo her doppleganger not only attacked her but took over her life. Maybe her body had been underwater for a while and the psychic was able to channel her.

It's clear that during the interviews the parents had seen her but she didnt see them. I just think maybe when the father was sitting in her room and in her chair it was weird she didnt see him and started looking through her cell phone. when she did see him she just stared and then I think she realized he could see her and was caught off guard.

She had the sex tape and that was not like her according to her friends. In the film footage it shows her exactly how everyone explains her to be, a very happy and positive person. Their's this little bit of footage though that shows her aggressive side and it just feels like a different person than they had portrayed. The so-called double life could be another person altogether and when she is seeing the psychic it's the real alice and she is trying to access her sub conscious to find out what happened to her so she get her life back.

Lake Mungo was to symbolize the damn she drowned in and burying the personal items was the actual act of her drowning at the damn

I know my ideas are really out there and unrealistic to the storyline but sometimes it's just fun to think about. Thanks again for being patience and entertaining my thoughts.
