Did anyone watch all the way through to the end of the credits?

I watched it all the way to the end because I thought the music was really beautiful and resonated with how I was feeling once the movie finished (especially the second part of the track). Anyway, once the heart monitor noise starts an image of someone sitting in a desert landscape flashes in time with beep. I don't know if it was meant to be Alice but I thought it was a nice touch.

Anyway great movie, I've never had a film evoke such a feeling of sadness after watching it like this one did.

I never saw that part. I had to go back and take another look. Very creepy addition.

I had a very similar experience; I followed this fantastically melancholy music through the end credits...and was treated to an equally textured, and admittedly creepy, final shot that I am certain was intended to be the ghost of Alice.

Great efforts from the whole cast and crew, it really is a well-crafted film.
