I think that the simple concept of the alleged ghost in the house on film turns out to be not the victim but her killer attempting to cover up his tracks would have been interesting enough and they should have just ran with that instead they go off the rails on the crazy train..and so I can't recommend this film.

I'm always doing this myself, thinking how much better a movie could have been and how I would have gone another way with it. They should run all movies by us for punch-up ;)

Nah. I thought the film's most interesting and unsettling idea was that of seeing your future dead self.

I agree. There is something very eerie about seeing what you'll someday become and knowing there's nothing you can do to stop it.
