I heard Britney Spears will play the villain, and will cast a head-shaving spell on all of Halloweentown, and Marnie has to find the backwards spell to make all of their hair grow back before Britney's "Gimme More" performance at the VMA's.
Oh, and Kal will begin a heroin narcotics ring in the mortal world, and get Dylan involved in a drug induced rampage to mix crack in with all of the trick or treaters candy.
