Cheap special effects

The special effects in this hideous little TV movie are so bad, they make the effects used for 1960s television shows such as "Bewitched" look absolutely--magical. Disney really cheaped out on this one!

I know, it's weird. You'd think that as the years got on, the special effects would get BETTER. But now modern Disney sequels always seem to be just slopped together and crap.

Well-said, tearsofasara. Disney pulls out the stops to make money but seems to spend as little as possible on its TV programs. From special effects to scripting to direction to acting, Disney is responsible for a lot of junk.
