At the end of the movie Yasmine was going to take the little girl Eve with her, but Eve decided to stay because she said she wanted to stay with her children. What did Eve mean by her children and what do you think happened to her?

Remember those deformed people we see underground with the bald dude? Eve says that they are her kids (With Hans). Father said to kill them via the gas chamber because they were deformed, but she and hans couldn't do it, hence the passageway from where Hans does his butchering to that underground area where the deformed live.
She didn't want to leave her kids.
They were seen crawling around earlier in the film, in the mine.
Assuming Yasmine got help from the police, they might have come back and taken care of Eva as well.
