is he dead serious with this?

this movie was worse than horrible. did corolla even make his money back that he sunk to get this movie in the theaters. it was on HBO so I didn't spend much more than priceless hours of my life. wow I don't even know what that was. it wasn't like I was expecting much but that was just awful.

It's okay, you're clearly allergic to fun.

The only way you could hate this movie that much is if you completely hate his sense of humor. Were you expecting poo and dick joke galore? Seems scatological comedy is pervasive in the post "Something About Mary" world. I got more chuckles from his little comments than I do from most mainstream comedies. I heard Corolla explaining it as not being "The Godfather" or any other award winning movie, but deserving better than the release it got. I'd agree. SI called it the best sports comedy of the year. Firstly how many are there? But that must count for something.

Or maybe you watch very very few movies.

Honestly, what were you expecting? A Corolla made movie that lacked Corolla?

As a lighthearted comedy, he's dead serious about this. But, good luck getting an independent film in wide release unless it's about retards (don't go full retard though) or some other marginalized segment of society. The MPAA obviously had something to do with its less than spectacular reception by dropping an R rating on this movie.
