Does anyone else agree that the score was fantastic? possibly the best thing about this movie?

I just finished watching this movie. Like so few movies I watch, it *really* stood out for me, and I totally agree. The score performed the way Michael Mann describes the purpose of music in his films--as another, un-credited character.

The action cues were typical and uninteresting, but the rest was very emotional and effective.
