Is this movie made up of LIVE footage?

Did the director just set up (or use) a bunch of surveillance cameras to film people who didn't know they were being filmed, and then put all his footage together to make a film with or without permission from all the people? Or are there actors in the film that were directed, and it's just set up to look as if it were real?

obviously not don't u see the actors listed It's imposiible for all these people to be linked by servaillence tapes

Real Life people in Real life situations wouldn't have used that bad dialoge..

Real surveillance cameras don't record voices.
Plus, making a film out of footage from real surveillance cameras would be illegal (violation of portrait rights).
