I see more movies then anyone I know. I thought this movie was amazing. The acting lacked any flaws. The storyline was captivating and the ending sadly educational and thought provoking. Loved it

shareI agree as well because you see beyond the surface of the story like I do. The thin layers, like onion skin, many, pungent, tasty, harsh at times, and complex. This glosses over how difficult and near impossible it was back then for all if that; but its a movie, not a documentary. We needed some beautiful entertainment level and we got it. I can't imagine how ugly everything was back then for trans people; way more than today.
