Buff or a stand in or a prostheitic?

Well, it was impressive, but not enough to be a prosthetic lol. I believe it was actually him because they panned out, so I don't think a stand-in was used.

IMO, it was not impressive, and IMO they should have used a prosthetic. Bless his heart. Actually, that scene made me sick. I used to think he was attractive, until I saw his body and it's like a teenage boy. <shiver>

Pretty confident it was him because there were interviews out about the nude scenes prior to the films release. Overall I thought they did a fantastic job making both human forms gorgeous

Agree, it was an excellent performance by Eddie. I remember seeing him in Pillars of the Earth and followed him ever since.
