When I first saw the thumbnail and poster for the movie, I thought the person on the right was played by Jessica Chastain. I'm wrong sometimes.

Not sure I see a resemblance, but Jessica Chastain would have been a better choice for the part. Granted she would have been a woman playing a man who turns himself into a woman, but I think she could pull it off (no pun intended). And it wouldn't have been as distracting as seeing an ugly guy like Redmayne trying to look like a woman.
