Dead Larry and Brennan are unique characters. There is always good back and forth dialogue between them and Michael. Even better is when they are all together in season 4 episode 7.
shareI don't like Larry, but Brennan was hilarious. He seemed like a happy-go-lucky bad guy, but he always lost to Michael who outwitted him. Larry knew which buttons to push re Michael, so he was more dangerous, IMO.
I loved Larry. He was always doing something unexpected and underhanded, and he did it unapologetically. Most writers won't let characters go there, and I really loved that about the show - the bad guys got to be bad. Yeah, they bad human moments, but they were still excellent opponents.
Besides, Larry and Michael had a very complicated past. In a way, I think Mike wanted to see the good in Larry, and when they first met, he was still young. Larry was a bit of a substitute dad.
The guy Chris Vance played, can't remember at the moment, he was good too.
Anson, Bly, and Card were enjoyable to watch as well

loved those guys. both smart, underhanded, no good in them, they were GREAT!!
i loved the Larry Michael scenes, they would be great in something else paired up too, don't you think??
