the man Michael called at the end of "Identity"

at the very end, Maddie gives Michael the phone number she was supposed to call if Michael ever contacted her, Michael calls it, a man answers, and he identifies himself as a 'friend,' but I'm not sure he's ever officially identified...who do you think that was? my guess would be Jason Bly, since we know he would later be watching Michael, and he nearly always identified himself as 'a friend' when contacting Michael anonymously (such as on the card for the flowers at the cemetery)

I guess it also could've been someone from Management making an early play to get him into their organization, but it's just kind of dropped
