so, is Sugar still in some hole...? (season 6 & 7 spoilers, not covered)

we last see Sugar in "Over the Line," where Michael calls him (and he's being fitted for some fancy duds, like he's moved up in the crime world!) to get Olivia's attention....then Bly later tells Michael that she's had Sugar taken into custody and has him in a hole somewhere, doing gosh knows what to him...

so, is he still there? it's possible that, after Olivia's confession, and, we presume arrest, trial, conviction, and incarceration, that all her cases and detainments would be looked at, and Sugar may have been freed (unless FL police decided to take him in for, you know, being a drug dealer...), but, with him not being at the funeral, where we do see Barry and Dixon, could he still hidden away, or, at least, past the time of the funeral?

(and we know Barry was obviously released fairly quickly)
