Marianne in 'Sense and Sensibility'
Did Fanny remind anyone else of Marianne (Kate Winlet in the role) in "Sense and Sensibility"...I don't mean in looks, but in her passion and openness?
shareI did think of her! almost sub-consciously. i think thier attitudes to love were very similar but in terms of the storyline, I don't think Marrianne was shown to fall in love quite so deeply with Willoughby or Colonel Brandon. Also, I think Marrianne was a bit more of a drama queen.
