I loved it
I saw it for the first time about two days ago and really liked it, and since then it has just grown on me. I can't say I know Keats very well, and Romantic poetry is usually not my cup of tea, but I really loved this film. The poem recitations gripped me in the film's context, and I love when a historical film is this genuine. When the creators actually realize that people living then were human beings just like you and me, and not some stiff characters saying polite things to each other.
I also liked all the subtle tenderness they showed to each other -- Fanny giving John the embroidered pillow-case after his brother's death, or giving him the flowers after the "Valentine-incident". John taking her hand when they are sitting at the table... it was all really moving and convincing.
And the cinematography! - Pure poetry...!
So, to be short, I loved this film. Can't wait to own it.
