moms the problem

LEts cut right to it. The moms the problem. If she had a normal child, she simply would have been a below adaquate mother. But, bad luck, she got a problem infant and was not able to do a proper job. Being a good mother is THE most difficult job in the world. And if the woman is not meant to be a mom, crisis can occur.......and it did.

Let me rephrase..

Moms a duchebag. A TOTAL loser. When her husband comes home and she throws him the baby...bitching and moaning.......WHAT.......a loser.

I want the kid to mess her up....its the least he can do.....she messed him up...now its HIS turn to get even.

And the husbands a wuss too....

You are both judgmental idiots.

By that logic, so are you. That's okay though, I still love you.

Why is the mom the problem? The father's the one who resorted to beating his child, locking him up, planning to send him abroad, etc. Whereas the bad things the mom did was...have post-partum depression. Oh, and shout at the boy once. Sounds kinda misogynistic how everyone loathes the mother, considering the father only stepped up when his wife was hospitalised. He knew she'd had problems post-partum before, and then she calls saying 'They're coming through the ceiling' and he says 'I've got to get to a meeting'. He's lucky she didn't go Susan Smith on the baby, she was pretty much wearing a sign saying 'Help me, I'm mentally ill'.

reply

Huh? The father did what he had to do to protect the baby. That wasn't a "child" he was dealing with, it was a diabolical genius.

reply

I'd like to see how well YOU would have done with that baby.

I thought the mother was a psycho b-i-t-c-h. She was not fit to be a mother at all. Joshua was different from other children, so she chose not to love him and ignored him for that reason. She barely even acknowledged his existence. She loved the baby sister more because she was "normal" and Joshua wasn't. If she were a good mother, she would love Joshua the way he is, accept him the way he is, and nurture him the way a good mother should. But instead she chose to treat him like he was nothing but a burden to her and like she wished she could get rid of him and only keep the sister.

The OP is just another clueless man who doesn't now *beep* about what he's talking about and is a contributor to why women with PPD are made to feel ashamed when they're just Ill. He should be ashamed of his point of view, but then if he and other men like him knew shame, they would be more inclined to HELP women rather than blame them.
