Wow, this movie has many changes (some are major), left out some important plots and characters. This book is much better than this mediocre movie.
I'm going to read Da Vinci Code after I finish the other books.

I absolutely agree with you. I HATED this movie because they change so much of the story. The book is sooooooooooooooooooooooooo much better, the story makes more sense and how can you NOT have Kohler in the movie!!! And change the name of the Hasssain to Mr Gray, give me a freaking break!!! Just AWFUL!!!!! I gave the movie 1 star, I hated it but LOVED the book.
shareand what about Vittoria? She was just a set prop in the movie and in the book she was a main character. Hasssain was a deep and complicated person while mr gray was just an empty calvin klein model.
shareI may be in the minority here, but I enjoyed the movie. Of course the book was/is better, but in terms a of a movie this one was good, atleast it was better than Hollywood's version of the The Da Vinci Code. Then again, the book Angels & Demons was better than the book Da Vinci Code...

100% agree! What were they thinking? Amazing book. It deserved a better movie.
And to think I complained about the Da Vinci Code movie adaptation haha certainly put that into perspective.
