Should have guzzled some of that Pope poison and wound up with a black tongue.
shareHe probably wasn't thinking rationally and wanted a quick escape from justice. The ending, though, shouldn't have been altered as it was as it removed the tragedy of the Camerlengo and turned his death into a cowardly farce.
