Any other recent TV shows or movies that deal with incursions into other worlds or times?

Later edit: remembered also about Sliders which has similar portals.
IMDb keyword search did not help finding other more recent similar shows.

Aside from the other Stargate and Primeval shows, there's Dr Who, Torchwood, and the Sarah Jane shows. And Fringe.
