You shouldn't belittle me for standing up for myself. You're the one on the offensive here so I've every right to defend myself. It has nothing to do with "having the last word." What are you on about? I'm the one who's already told you to direct your attention elsewhere, yet you wanna make it sound so badass to "let me have a last word" while you simply couldn't resist having yours, and then tag out before concluding this properly like a respectable person. Where's the honor in that? Even IF you're right, you're still mishandling it. You don't even think of finishing this up on even a semi-positive note, and throw that at me, like a monkey throwing its poop.
Like you're processing anything I've been saying?! I'm well aware of how I've acted, I never disputed that particular part. It was especially obvious when I myself was the one who said it.
You're just jabbing at where you feel I am on weaker ground, more focused on the "how" than on the "why", without any plans to resolve the heart of what you feel the problem is.
So let's focus here: Whether I did it friendly or not isn't really that big of a deal, because he did say something that could warrant such a response. Let's call it two different perspectives and neither of us is going to change their mind over some lowly anonymous online discussion. All that's left is for you to stop attacking, because you may have noticed I'm not the aggressive one here. You've been.
It wasn't even a single line so what I said can't have been as terrible like you make it out to be.
Besides, you're conveniently dodging the fact that I was kind of right about the primeval-creature-human aspect of the discussion. Continuously resorting to "not having seen enough of the show" isn't really a solid argument. I bet you're too full of pride to admit there is enough sense in what I said, given you haven't specifically addressed it.
I also never feel it's worth the time, but I guess I've plenty of endurance that I'm using. I tend to feel worse about things than most people, but I figure once something began it would be a waste to quit halfway and 100% lose what effort you did put into it already.
