Very annoying music

Maybe it's the Netflix binge-effect, but after 2 episodes the extremely repetitive and amelodic piano music that is played throughout the series becomes ultra annoying (and as you can tell I wasn't a fan of it to begin with)

As AMC has shown: Music is a huge part of a good series

Anyway I suppose that for its time, budget, and the network it was on Jericho was not all bad.

I agree with it being repetitive and sometimes overdramatic. However, there are some episodes with parts where the music helps tell the stories of the characters' survival, dependency on each other, relationships, and clinging to hope. There are 2 eps in particular in season 1 (Semper Fidelis and Coalition of the Willing) that have this eerie, somber sounding woodwind and tympany music. I love hearing that music in Coalition of the Willing near the end of the ep right before it leads up Foo Fighters.

I agree, the score has the subtlety of a jackhammer. Good lord. It's like a Lifetime soap.
