Was mahogany ageless? we see the train scheduals from his bag that date back to 1911, and some from the 1950s. His style is 50s not 1911s.. but my question is do you think those are old scheduals that are just in the "kit" that gets handed down from one butcher to the next. Or do you think that mahogany is _that old_. If he is _that old_ do you think its because he became a canabal and eats the "samples" in the jars in his medicine cabnet. or where those samples for the tunnel monsters? If mahogany is ageless, what makes hims so?

I don't think he was ageless. The documents were just handed down from person to person. Also, the things he had in those bottles weren't samples from the people, it was those things from his chest that he was cutting off.

The kit gets handed down. My guess would be that Mahogony had been butchering for a few years and was pleased when Leon started following him because he realised he could be the next Mahogony, hence Vinnie Jones was happy to die at the end - he knew it would happen. Presumably Mahogony is the name given to the butcher, whomever he may be.
