Clive Barker in his most boring and basic
When will the world see IMAGICA or THE GREAT AND SECRET SHOW?
How about WEAVEWORLD?
Instead, we get these bonehead horror crap that the older one becomes the
more boring and simpleminded they reveal themselves to be.
All of Barker's works that seem to go to Film are the boring early stuff.
The stuff that fixates on human flesh and gore.
His cerebral stuff that addresses the larger metaphysics gets ignored.
Perhaps he wants it that way as to never have to match his written word to film?
Who knows.
At this point, the man's Art is a glimmer of its once broad spectrum.
