Lars' film that opened up interest for Davecat to come forward.

I first heard about Davecat in a British documentary about men and their real dolls. I was disappointed to see that Davecat now has multiple girlfriends, he did not stay true to his first doll.

I thought of him too. His story was really strangd but he seems super happy with his arrangement.

There's also this story (I've seen a couple of videos about it, but I can't remember which TV shows) with people "adopting" life-like baby dolls ("reborn dolls") and treating them like real babies to the extent that they throw baby showers, buy everything a baby needs for them, give them their own room, take them out on a stroller, use a car seat etc.
