I have looked it up and tho the U.K. edition has the extreme edition on the cover I have noticed the american unrated version is 4 minutes longer. I saw this at the London Frightfest when Joe Lynch came on stage and said it will be released uncut. So does anyone know if it is? or should I get the american version?
shareIt's the same version as the US. All films are a few minutes longer in the US due to the PAL and NTSC formats... I believe PAL runs a bit quicker so even though its the exact same film it ends up running a few minutes longer.

No, PAL runs at a lower framerate but higher resolution.

Of course Wrong Turn 2 is uncut in the UK,there's nothing in this movie to cut! The DVD has a more graphic cover than the US disc too!

You're definitely wrong. The UK BBFC still bullies studios into making cuts for lowered ratings on bigger films, even after they've been cut by the MPAA.
