Couple scenes that ruined it for me... (Spoilers)

I was enjoying this movie until these things..

1. The black guy goes into his office and threatens to kill him in front of an office full of witnesses but security only escorts him out.

2. When the gang breaks into his house and chases him with shotguns, he's not hit by even a pellet at close range.

3. When his wife is murdered, the camera pans back and she is shot in a place where she very well should have survived.

GET HIM A BODYBAG...YEAH!!!!

1. He didn't explicitly threaten his life.

2. Can't argue that one.

3. "Should have survived"? You can get shot pretty much anywhere at close range and still die. This isn't The Walking Dead. Headshots aren't necessary.

Anyone here mentions Hotel California dies before the first line clears his lips.

The part that ruined it for me was the gang straight up executing two uniformed police officers in their squad car, breaking into a home that was under protective custody and trying to murder an entire family in a suburban neighborhood, with absolutely no repercussions whatsoever.

They wouldn't have made it down the block without choppers and the entire police force in response.

Just an entirely stupid premise, and disastrous writing. This might have worked in a different time period, but there is no chance of this ever happening now.
