Yes, unfortunately, he is filming a movie at the same time as they were filming the WOWP reunion, so he has said that he will not be in it.
However, about a week ago David DeLuise posted a quick little video on his Twitter of him on the Wizards set (he was standing in the lair) and David Henrie was walking around behind him, looking intent haha, and David DeLuise tweeted that he was happy to have David Henrie there, so hopefully this means that there will at least be a little cameo of Justin or something. That's fine with me, but I think that he really needs to be in there, no matter how long his part is, cause he is part of the show.
