This movie is only playing in 1 theater in San Diego. This is really gonna hurt the receipts

It's only playing in one Kerasotes theater in the Chicago area, too. I haven't checked for other theaters. I live in northwest Indiana where the majority of theaters are Kerasotes. Perhaps next week???

This movie is not out wide yet. it is only playing in 115 theaters. It has made almost 2 million playing in 33 theaters. That means that just about every show have sold out.

The people's response is gonna have to make Focus Features put this in more theatres. Like you said, the theaters are selling. Somebody call Focus Features and tell them to step it up! I'm doing it!

I will too! I was really pissed to see this not playing but in 2 theaters near me and they both sold out! Thanks for the info!

I live in northwest Indiana, too. The only theater I can find within 50 miles is in Illinois. Have you heard if it might be coming to the Hobart/Merrillville area any time in the near future? I love Don Cheadle, and I want to see this movie more than any other out at the moment, but I'm not prepared to make a pilgrimage that far.

Sigh. Maybe we'll just have to wait to Netflix it?

it's only in one theater here in san antonio starting august 3. i had been waiting to see it for weeks and was not disappointed.

That seems to be the case in most places but of course Tranformers was in multiple theaters. Seems like if you're not a blockbuster flick you get little to no screen time.
