Kasi Lemmons - doing the damn thing

Amazing woman - good actress - a director who BETTER get more work. "TALK TO ME" is a classic, amazing movie. Near to perfection, great performances, made handsome ass, (with his big beautiful eyes) Chiwitel Ejiofor a star - told Hollywood they better give Don Cheadle his props. Shame on alla y'all that didnt support this movie in the theatres, shame on the lame ass studio for doing a half ass job promoting the movie. I didnt get a feel for the movie from the ad campaign. That's because you had a bunch a kids who werent even born when this was happening in charge of these things.
Got these damn, film school soda stained, Wii playing, tee shirt wearing, unoriginal ass, what-the-hell-are-we-gonna-do-when-we-film-the-last-comic book/graphic novel/70's TV show ripoff fanboys and "I'm not gay I'm just practical" ex-PA (personal assistants)out there to make money without really LOVING movies. Loving the credits rolling up, love the key grip and best boys - they just love the money, the coke, the houses and cars and pussy that it gets them.
Me, I love the damn thing - the whole damn thing, love it like Orson loved it - keep on pushing Kasi til these fools get it. Caveman's Valentine was a beautiful movie.
She's just as good if not better than alot of these "boys" out here with one freaking slasher movie getting 3 picture deals. Remaking "Alien" over and over, dragging tired ass slasher movie villains out of their moldy ass graves trying to make it look new.
