Chris Pine was really well cast as JTK and delivered a spot on performance. Despite the flaws in the story he delivered as well as the rest of the cast. I have my problems with the story as do others but the cast is not one of them.

Plotholes, over-reliance on convenience/coincidence, and the whole things isn't terribly deep.

It's a fun movie, but it ain't Kurosawa.
